1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All jewellery sales are final. Due to hygiene and personal nature of jewellery items, Adornment Avenue Kenya does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
• Eligibility: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
• Resolution Options:
o If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered via the original payment method.
o We may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability).
o Shipping charges for replacements apply.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
• Worn, used, or tampered items.
• Items not reported within 24 hours.
• Earrings and other intimate jewellery (due to hygiene concerns), unless defective.
