1. Delivery Locations
• Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM.
• Kenya-wide: Standard shipping available countrywide.

• Nairobi: Within 24 hours (same day for early orders).

5. Missed Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make one additional delivery attempt if the first fails. Any further attempts may incur charges payable by the customer.
