We do not store your Mpesa PIN or financial credentials.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer same-day delivery in Nairobi and nationwide courier services. International deliveries depend on local laws and customs. Delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs holds) are not our responsibility.
6. Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We only replace or refund items that are proven damaged/defective upon delivery. Customers must notify us within 24 hours with photographic proof.
